OUR BEACH HOUSE

Our Long Beach Island oceanside beach house duplex has everything families need for a fun vacation at the shore. We have 2 separate units for rent -- and each can sleep up to 6 people. The house was completely renovated after Hurricane Sandy, including new floors, walls, custom kitchen, bathroom, furnishings, appliances, etc. In 2021, we replaced our front porches and decks and had the entire first floor painted and in 2024 we replaced both AC units. Our family spends several weeks at the house each June to make sure everything is in working order for our summer guests. We have professional change-over cleanings scheduled prior to guest arrivals, so you just need to unpack and start relaxing.

Our house is located in Beach Haven Gardens, a great family section of the island with many great restaurants and shops nearby. We are on the oceanside of LBI's main road, Long Beach Boulevard, so no major streets to cross when walking to our lifeguarded beach, 12 houses away.

THE OWNERS
Greetings! We are the Brautigan Family. My husband Jude and I grew up in New Jersey/New York and vacationed on the Jersey Shore with our families when we were young. When we started having our own children, we wanted the same experience for them. We bought our beach house in 2001 and two years later, received news we needed to transfer to Georgia. We've been able to visit our beach house each June, and rent it out to other families for the remaining months of summer. We've been incredibly fortunate to have wonderful tenants, some of whom who have been renting for 20+ years and have become family friends.
